Refund policy:

One Million Media is responsible for ensuring a minimum of 1,000,000 total views are generated across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube collectively within 90 days from the date the Client posts their initial video to all Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The 1,000,000 views guarantee will only be counted for videos that have been ideated, scripted, and edited by One Million Media’s then posted by the Client per One Million Media’s instructions.

Furthermore, the 1,000,000 views in 90 days guarantee will only be counted starting at the commencement of the Client posting the initial videos per One Million Media’s direct instruction to all Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.The metrics that One Million Media uses to determine the 1,000,000 views generated are obtained by manually calculating and screenshotting the individual posts associated with each individual account on each platform. It is essential to acknowledge that views are entirely distinct and separate from other metrics such as engagement, One Million Media does not count other engagement metrics as views. Upon receiving the first Strategic Content Plan, within 7 days the Client must record and strictly adhere word for word in entirety to the the exact directions, ideation, scripting and posting instructions provided by One Million Media and the Strategic Content Plans then upload/send the first 5 separate recordings covering 5 different topics to the Clients’ Dedicated Google Drive with the proper folder naming that One Million Media instructs the Client on. Within 7 days after that, the Client must submit the required raw recordings of 5 separate recordings covering 5 different topics to their Dedicated Google Drive Folder before the end of every Sunday for a total of 12 weeks and begin posting 5 days a week to all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube before the end of every Sunday for a total of 12 weeks. If One Million Media fails to fulfill the the 1,000,000 views obligation within 90 Days after the date of the Clients’ first posted video to all TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and the Client has fully complied with everything written in the Special Terms and Conditions, the Client is entitled to free services from One Million Media until they receive 1,000,000 views collectively across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube or a full refund.

The Client understands and fully acknowledges that any non-compliance with anything stated in the Special Terms and Conditions section may result in the forfeiture of videos for any missed recordings during the week and ineligible for the 1,000,000 views guarantee or full refund per One Million Media’s sole discretion. The Client understands that One Million Media cannot be held responsible, accountable, or liable if any of their Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube posts/accounts gets suspended, struck down, temporarily banned, or even permanently banned.

The Client also acknowledges and understands that submitting the required raw recordings to their Personal Google Drive of 5 separate recordings covering 5 different topics before the end of every Sunday for a total of 12 weeks and posting to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube 5 days a week before the end of every Sunday for a total of 12 weeks is the sole responsibility of the Client and the Client will be billed the full amount stipulated in this Agreement, regardless of any missed recordings or postings from the Client.

If the Client posts their own videos they must give One Million Media’s videos and posts priority by posting One Million Media’s videos in between the times of 7:00 AM Standard Pacific Time to 10:00 AM Standard Pacific Time or 4:00 PM Standard Pacific Time to 8:00 PM Standard Pacific Time while not posting their own content until 12 hours following One Million Media’s videos. If the Client wants to control any aspect of their content outside of One Million Media’s recommendations at any time during this agreement, the Client may be ineligible for the 1,000,000 views guarantee per One Million Media’s sole discretion. The exact time schedule of posting will be agreed upon the onboarding/strategy call with One Million Media’s sole discretion and any posts the Client uploads to their Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts without One Million Media’s sole discretion may deem the Client ineligible for the 1,000,000 views guarantee.

It is important to note that One Million Media does not provide any assurances or guarantees regarding lead generation, following up with leads, and or closure of leads or deals from the views that One Million Media obtains for the Client.

The responsibility for lead generation, following up with leads, closing deals, and receiving a return on their investment lies solely with the Client. One Million Media reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Client becomes unresponsive/uncommunicative and/or does not fully and strictly comply with the strict payment, onboarding, recording, and/or anything stated in the Special Terms and Conditions.After joining the Slack Channel, the Client must schedule an onboarding/strategy call within a maximum period of 72 hours.

If the Client tampers or deletes any of the posts in any form on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube without One Million Media’s direct instruction the Client forfeits the right to the 1,000,000 views guarantee or full refund and risks immediate termination of this agreement with no monetary compensation.
